Start the day visiting a EVOO Sommelier and find out everything there is to know about extra virgin olive oil and olives. Visit a family-run organic olive oil farm and wine estate outside Montalcino, with spectacular views of the rolling hillsides. Here you will be able to taste a diverse variety of extra virgin olive oils (EVOOs).
In the early afternoon, we will welcome you at our 14th Century Castle winery and start your wine and cooking experience.
Hands-on cooking class: guided step-by-step by our chefs, learn how to make pasta from scratch, shape different traditional Tuscan and Italian pastas and also how to make sauces. Two different pasta recipes will be made.
Food storytelling: with our chef, learn the secrets of local ingredients and the connections between recipes and Tuscan fascinating history and culture.
Lunch/Dinner with the dishes made during the class and other delicacies.
Four-course menu: appetizer, first course, second course and dessert, all based in traditional Tuscan cuisine.
Beverage: 4 wines (as wine tasting) paired with the dishes.
