Cooking class in Villa, have fun with family and friends!

There’s no place like home! The comfortable, casual ambiance of your villa is the best place to enjoy a delicious Tuscan meal specially prepared by Chef Alexandra in your kitchen.
Alexandra will bring its professionality in your accomodations, to share together unique moments in an atmosphere of complete relax. Cooking Experience will arrange everything, according to the menu, and you can use “products harvested and eaten” like fruits and vegetables in season. Put your “hands-on” and learn how to make typical Tuscan dishes such as homemade pasta and local sweets.
It requires the ability to take advantage of the necessary equipment, a space used for the course and the ability to at least part of our chef to be able to use the kitchen for cooking food. 

The course always involves preparation of an entire typical menu with the Tuscan prestigious wines.
Cooking Experience staff will also be able to arrange private dining and small events exclusively. The “Personal chef” activities gives the possibility to offer a personalized and unique service; availability and menu will always be previous agreed.
Chef Alexandra will be at your complete disposal to provide more details and information and you can reserve a unique and unforgettable experience!

WHAT IS INCLUDED

Hands-on cooking class: guided step-by-step by our chefs, learn how to make pasta from scratch, shape different traditional Tuscan and Italian pastas and also how to make sauces. Two different pasta recipes will be made.

Food storytelling: with our chef, learn the secrets of local ingredients and the connections between recipes and Tuscan fascinating history and culture.

Lunch/Dinner with the dishes made during the class and other delicacies.

Four-course menu: appetizer, first course, second course and dessert, all based in traditional Tuscan cuisine.

Beverage: 4  wines (as wine tasting) paired with the dishes.
