Enjoy the Tuscan Sunset

This experience includes the Tuscan cooking class, followed by an early dinner on the castle’s terrace as you watch the sunset.

We will reserve the afternoon for our PRIVATE GROUPS OR COUPLES.   Meeting time 2.00 pm

Put together a lovely 4-course meal (appetizer, pasta, main course & dessert) using the freshest local ingredients as our professional chef explains the history & traditions of each dish. As you cook, enjoy the romantic scenery of the castle, laugh together, & sip a glass of Sangiovese!

After you finish preparing each course, sit down just in time for the sunset over the vineyard hills. Our staff will serve you each dish with expert wine pairings from the castle’s own cellar, along with a few surprises.

Guided visit of the castle winery and stop in our vegetable garden or local shops to take the freshest ingredients

Hands-on cooking class: guided step-by-step by our chefs, learn how to make pasta from scratch, shape different traditional Tuscan and Italian pastas 

Food storytelling: with our chef, learn the secrets of local ingredients and the connections between recipes and Tuscan fascinating history and culture

Lunch with the dishes made during the class and other delicacies

Four-course menu: appetizers, one pasta dish with sauce, one meat course, dessert
