Three nights in a UNESCO heritage site, during your stay you will discover the love for the territory and its traditions. The special package includes, the visit in a dairy farm and cooking class, you will learn to make your own cheese, which we’ll then incorporate into our pasta dishes and dessert. The lesson will begin at the dairy farm, where you’ll visit the barn, you can learn about the wonderful variety of cheeses produced. We’ll take our fresh milk and bring it back to the castle kitchen to begin our own cheesemaking process. When you’ve finished cooking, sit back and enjoy the spectacular view of the Tuscan vineyards. Our staff will serve you each dish paired with Brunello wines from the castle’s own vineyard.
The last day, You will Discover Siena with a local expert, you will visit all the highlights of the city: Piazza del Campo, home of the Palio horse races; the magnificent Town Hall (Palazzo Pubblico), Palazzo Tolomei, the original city hall and oldest palace in Siena; Torre del Mangia, and the Cappella di Piazza. Stroll through the narrow cobblestone streets and discover the hidden corners of Siena as your personal guide provides you with the insight needed to make sense of Siena’s layered past.
