Nothing says Italian cuisine like pasta. In Italy, we have over 300 different forms of pasta, and each one has a unique history tied to where it was first created.
With the guidance of a professional Italian chef, make 2 uniquely different types of pasta from scratch as well as 2 traditional sauces to pair each one, followed by main course and dessert!
Our chef will show you each step of the process in a clear and comprehensible manner, so that you can use what you learn to make your own pasta at home, anytime you want!
The experience begin with a brief tour of the Castle where the staff of the winery will explain the story of the place and the production of the Brunello. Then it will be time to chop, simmer and taste as you develop your 2 pasta plates.
Your culinary creations will be served on the castle’s terrace , as well as precious wines from the castle’s very own vineyard.

Hands-on cooking class: guided step-by-step by our chefs, learn how to make pasta from scratch, shape different traditional Tuscan and Italian pasta. Two different pasta recipes will be made.
Food storytelling: with our chef, learn the secrets of local ingredients and the connections between recipes and Tuscan fascinating history and culture
Lunch with the dishes made during the class and other delicacies
